I am going to sell my own 416 Taylor rifle. It's made by me on a 98 Mauser, stocked in English walnut and has express sights, barrel band from swivel mount, Island rear swivel mount, steel grip cap, ebony tip and is engraved on the action in the manor of original sporters and the bottom metal is engraved. It's got a "shotgun guard" and a 2 position side swing safety. It comes with dies and some ammo. The only thing in the pics it doesn't come with is the sling (it was borrowed, and it's been returned to the owner now)
I never got around to checkering it, but other then the checkering, it's 100% done and I have even hunted with it a few times. I am asking $1700, or if you'd like me to do the checkering, I'll bump the price up to $2000 even.

I also have a 338-06 I made a few years back. It's similar in style, but is set up for a scope in addition to the express sights. If anyone is interested in it, please let me know. I'm asking $1650
