Gentlemen, thank Mehul for posting these photos... The rifle shoots very good with 250grs Hornady SPRN and adequate with Woodleigh 310grs SPRN. It might be that the velocity is too low for stabilizing the 310grs bullet, due to my very conservative loading approach. best regards Rolf |

Hi Rolf, This is from the book by Graeme Wright the author of "Shooting the British Double Rifle" and is used by a lot of Australian shooters / hunters as a reference guide including myself. I hope it may help with your loads, normal reloading safety measures to be taken but as these loads are for a D.R. they should be more than safe in a bolt action rifle. Cheers, Jeff Gray . |

Itīs a pretty lightweight rifle, on weekend I can weigh it and provide data on Monday. @rigby I have to measure the twist for calculating the bullet weight Data also on Monday! best regards Rolf |
