I am interested it mounting a scope on my Dutch Mannlicher, and thought of using a Pachmayr low swing mount. Since it needs to be loaded with a clip I could swing the scope to the side for loading.
I see a couple on Ebay that look like the base would fit my receiver.
My question is..has anybody used one of these mounts? are they practical solution to the mounting.
