An easier load would be to use Trail Boss. 70% case full(to the bottom of the bullet) will likely give 1,000fps to maybe 1,100fps - jacketed or cast, no matter.
A full load, that is non-compressed 100% load to the bottom of the bullet could give 1,300fps.
My .375/06IMP with a 100% load to the bottom of a seated 310gr. cast bullet, gave 1,385fps.

Using Trail Boss in necked cases, seems to give higher vel. than the same 70% and 100% loads in straight cases.
