Hi guys, thank you for the links! I have scanned through them, but we are limited with components in SA. I will take a good look in the next few days.
I manage to go to the range and got the following results all with Hornady 286gr SP bullets and Remington Large rifle primers in RWS new brass:

S365 65gr @ 2109f/s
S365 66gr @ 2158f/s
S335 55gr @ 2265f/s
Norma 202 50gr @ 2011f/s
Vihta N540 50gr @ 1979f/s
Vihta N550 54gr @ 1922f/s

these are all just start loads! Looks like the S335 and Norma have potential as the loads is very low?

Those are quite a bit sub-par for starting loads, imho.
A model 96 in 9.3x57 makes just over 2,200fps with 286's quite easily. I did 2,170fps with 300's in mine with ZERO case WEB expansion on a full length sized case.
Lots of data on this thread is sub-par, even for a 9.3x62 with fairly modern powders.

Good luck with that 286gr. Hornady. Guys here have noted the blow up like 270 gr. Speers, even on deer.
Norma makes a good 286gr., as does or did RWS. The Speer Grand Spam will be decent as well as the Noslers.
If you had a die to size down .375's, that would open up the bullet availability.
