Neither is the M95 straight-pull rifle. In fact, it is the only true Mannlicher in the collection. All the “Mannlicher – Schoenauers” are a combination of Louis Schlegelmilch’s M88 turning bolt action and Otto Schoenauer’s rotary magazine. No feature of the “Mannlicher – Schoenauer” action was designed by Ferdinand von Mannlicher.
