Yes indeed it is a good calibre for SA and will probably take it out for some goats in the not to distant future. Silly thing is I gave all of my .243 brass, left over factory ammo etc. to a friend that recently bought od nice Ruger M77 and delayed at the time " I will never have another .243" Oh well!

Purchased a box of Rem 100gr factory ammo with the rifle and fired a few rounds at my local range. My friend and I both shot the rifle and it shoots about 1/4 low at 100 yards, dead centre and grouped less than an inch. This was all done without touching the scope adjustments. Will probably just buy a couple of more boxes of Factory Remingtons and not bother loading.
