Thanks Marakai, It may well be a Rigby as the magazine has "Fitted with" Fraser trigger. Has the usual knocks on timber nothing too drastic. Has surface rust style patina on magazine but action and barrel look good. Once again just have to take seller at face value on the bore. It has Rigby "St James St" address.
