Wrong! Look at the video to the moment when the guy presses the safety forward/down. This is sufficient to free the striker nut. Just reassembly is a bit more difficult. But even then it is easy, more so than with the predecessors, the M88 commission action, the turnbolt Mannlichers M92, 93, 95 and the Mannlicher-Schoenauer M1900.
