The Greek MS Safety Lever does fit a Model 1903 MS.
I bought a surplus Greek safety lever and filed it not down to clear a scope bell.
It worked OK but I replaced the scope with a smaller bell and now use the original lever.
It seems to me that if the lever is interchangeable the other bolt parts would interchange as well.
