It's the same situation for me.

I live in California, where 'mail order' ammunition sales have been prohibited since January 01, 2018.

Otherwise, I would likely have bought all eight boxes that were available (as of last night - they're down to 3 now). I paid over $3 each for 9.5X57 Qual cart brass a few months back. Would have jumped at Kynoch brass alone at this price.
