Igor, not at all. They are an exact copy of the original rings except for the size and the vertical split. (Although the first set of rings supplied to me to copy also had a vertical split, however they may have been an aftermarket item offered at the time) Stupidly I never took any photos at the time, however I just purchased a Model 1908 which I intend to bring back to life and a set of those rings and bases will be made and fitted. I will take photos this time and post them.
