The writing is Thai. The five characters on the right are numerals, 47633. The first two are letters, probably K and Th. If the letters are correct, since each letter in Thai is given a "name", the interesting thing is that they'd be Chicken Soldier... I may be mistaken, I'll try to find a Thai who can shed more light.
