I would try to clean the barrel with some boxes of new Prvi factory ammo, that works probably the best. the clip is to find sometimes if you are patient and with a little bit more patience you will find a replacement barrel too. iirc, the barrel for the Lebel rifle fits also into the Berthier action. take a quick look into the french auction house http://www.naturabuy.fr/adsearch.php?title=mousqueton+berthier&univers=no

not a single barrel just now but in the end it must be possible to find another barrel
