The plastic Steyr-Mannlicher rotary mags don't break...unless they are weighted down with ammunition in them...drop one filled with ammo on rocky ground and it will not just crack, it will break at the very points required for proper functioning abnd you will be left with a pile of plastic and some metal screws and springs.
