You might do well to measure your Texan scope's diameter. Every one I have seen has a 7/8" (22mm) diameter main tube, like the Lyman Alaskan. If this one does, I would forget about a vintage European scope and look for just such a Lyman Alaskan or Noske scope, both of which have elevation AND windage adjustments. European scopes of that period, such as the Zeiss Zielklein and Zielmar have only elevation and depend on the mount for windage. The same is true of the Zeiss Zielvier, a larger, 4X scope with a 26mm main tube, I believe.
