It may have been said already, but I have seen reference to these, and they are target rifles. I believe I see provision for a back position or recumbent position sight near the heel of the butt on the top?

Is the barrel weight stamped over the chamber?

The specification of 215gr. in MkVII .303 is a bit odd as that was the weight up to MkVI, when the weight dropped to 174gr. IIRC.

That fits with a long range application though: heavier bullet gives better resistance to cross winds.
