My 6.5x54 shoots almost 10" high at 50 yards with the stock front sight. This is with 160gr. bullets. I am therefore in need of a replacement, much taller, front sight that will fit the original dovetail. My rifle is 100% unmolested and wish to be able to return it to stock if I ever decide to sell. I would also be interested in obtaining the required extra parts to convert to a cocking piece rear sight. If any of you can assist me in my search, I would greatly appreciate it.
