thanx longisland, kuduae i assume its a 1936 vintage as theres only a 36. with the original proof mark, i have bought some 1895 steyr trigger screws the treads fit perfectly, just have to extend the thread on one of them, they are to replace to bodged bolts from the previous owner. the outside dia of the thread is .253 in or 6.44 mm, dia of bolt is .274 in or 6.94mm. help what size die do i use
