I don't think the 8-56ms was a "low-pressure" to start with. I seem to think I read it was loaded with a 196 at 2320fps. Being a 1908 in what we will presume good condition, I would load it right up the performance you want.

I am a bit recoil sensitive anymore and am thinking that I would reach "my" limit before the chamber pressure does.....:):):)
