The cocking piece sight base appears to be for a Lyman 1A or 2A sight. They were made for Mauser, Mannlicher-Haenel, Mannlicher Schoenauer, Newton, Krag and Springfield rifles. The front sight appears to be a Lyman No.5 Combination Front Sight. I would look on Ebay or Gunbroker for parts or complete sights.
