Looks like a post WW1 Austrian sporter ,I have a Terni model 91/41 at the stock makers as we write ,he's due to start work on it next month. I'd love to find a double trigger set for it but I'd say they are unobtainium .It's interesting that it is a 7x57 ,most are in the original calibre or have been reamed to the 6.5x54MS due to the magazine set up.Very nice Lancaster.
