Its a pity you can't reload easily. Everyone makes dies for the 6.5x54 MS, and new RWS cases should be easy to source. Hornady make a lovely 160gr RNSP, and Woodleigh too I believe for the serious stuff.

I'm certainly not the only hunter to appreciate that the 6.5x54 cartridge kills out of all proportion to its ballistics.

The bore of my 1903 6.5 Carbine has never known a bullet other than 160gr RN while in my custody, nor will it ever!
