Hello all, I'm a double rifle fanatic, but I dabble in bolt guns (used to do more). I have always admired the classic Mannlicher Schoenauer full stock carbines - the 1903 in 6.5 x 54mm. I think I might have to play out this fantasy by adding one to my collection. I have never owned a M-S. Can some of you give me an idea of what a 1903 full stock carbine in excellent condition will sell for in the U.S. these days? Do you think it should have a claw mounted scope? If anybody has one to sell, I'm your huckleberry! Thanks in advance, Curl |
