Yes Sir, I think 8X57, 7X57 & most likely 30/06 & 308 striper clips will work to . I'm surprised you would need them in your 9.5X57 ? |

my rifle has the loading slot in the top of the reciever bridge for the clips so thought i might try an use it.be handy when culling pigs as it gets awkward trying to load singly at speed |

Use Mauser 'stripper clips.' My Grandfather's M1910 'Takedown' came to me in its original fitted case and among the 'case candy' was some DWM 531 and a few 'stripper clips.' Later, I noticed ads offering 70 round 'bandoliers' of corrosive Nazi 8mm Mauser on 5 round clips that looked very similar in the photos to the ones I had. I had no use for the 8mm, but the price was right (cheap) for the clips alone. I ordered some, and the clips fit and functioned flawlessly in my M1910 with my reloads (from .35 Whelen brass). They also fit the original DWM 531, of course. Hope this helps any and all who may read this old thread. Rothhammer |

A buddy of mine just gave me some 5 round stripper clips that work perfectly. He thinks they are WW2 30-06 military, should be easy to find in surplus/gun show venues. They also word for 425 WR BTW. Best. |
