Isn't the .375 Nitro Express a 2 1/2" flanged cartridge? Is the brass available? I haved seen several double rifles in that caliber. I think it is like the 9.5 MS. Am I correct?

The .375 Flanged Nitro Express (Velopex) is a rimmed cartridge which predates the .375 Nitro Express Rimless and had case length of 2.5 inches.
