Re: 375 x 2 1/2 NE Cases From 405 Win?

That's what I use, and they work wonderfully.

Probably the easiest way is to buy a file trim die from CH Dies, run 'em in to it, and chop off what sticks out the top. Then anneal, and full length size. Works for me.
The rim is a little thicker on the 405's, but try them in your rifle before thinning them, as it may have excessive head space, and the thicker rims will take up the slack.

The rims will need to be radiused on the back side to go in M92 Steyr clips, or they absolutely will not function.

Don't forget to check your chamber to make sure there is sufficient space for the case to release the bullet, otherwise a case neck ream may be in order.

The 375's in the clip in this thread http://forums.nitroexpress.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=296847&an=0&page=0#Post296847 are made from 405's.
