Agree, it would have been very neat to have that big impressive lever actually unlocked the stock rather than a screwdriver. Don't forget though that Sauer and Blaser have been making rifles with two piece stocks for years and nobody has complained about those. I would say that people complaining about the Lee-Speed two piece stock don't really know what they are talking about or else looking for something to write. The only criticism of that stock I ever heard was that in close quarter combat when using the rifle as a club that the stock was not as strong as a one piece stock like a Mauser. Waidmannsheil. |
