If you, or your kids, can load your pics to your computer you are halfway there

Import to computer (should be almost automatic when camera card is put into computer)

click export to get from card to computer but make sure you use "custom" when prompted and put 640 or so into the box which will pop up. This will ensure easy loading for everybody
Send to desktop (or a folder)

Open an account with Photobucket (or similar hosting site) free!

When pressing "upload" in the site, drag the image from desktop to "here" on site
Click on image in Photobucket and "share links" will come up in a box on the right
Clck on the bottom one, marked IMG. The word "copied" will show

When you write your reply, press return button so the cursor is below your last print line

On the cursor, either go to "edit" at the top of the screen and press "paste" (or command [mac] control [windowsand V) (note I have edited this 6 hours aftre original post)

A load of letters and figures will show

Repeat as necessary

When you are going to post, press/tick preview. The image will then show

Press post.......Q.E.D.
