Though I don't want to disturb your excitement about this "Coggy", to me it looks like a top grade Lee-Speed, completely made by BSA, upgraded by BSA with their optional tang safety and BSA standard engraving. IMHO Cogswell& Harrison did nothing in making this rifle, except having their address engraved on the barrel and retailing it.
