BSA No 4C (Bush Pattern) Carbine

I have recently acquired an excellent BSA Sporter that I have not yet seen mentioned or pictured on this forum although I am sure that at least some of you have come across one. As near as I can tell from a 1930 BSA catalogue it is the No4C carbine built on a No1MkIII action. My guess is that it is a 1920's vintage. The wood work is of a higher quality than the typical No4 pattern sporting rifle. Does anyone else have one, know more about them and/or have pictures to share? I'll post pictures and the full story later.
