What does it say on the action strap just below the bolt handle when it is closed? I will assume it says "BSA Co"?

I have a couple of Army & Navy Lee Speeds that are so marked on the bolt cover, but have "BSA Co" in the spot under the bolt handle.
My other Lee Speed has the retailer inscribed on the barrel rib itself.
