While most of my hunting has been solo hunting, when group hunting, we either carry guns with safety on or if doubles, with gun broken. If carried withsafety on, it is knocked off as it is shouldered. Even withg safety on, guns are not pointed at anyone else (or you will be kicked out of the group).

That is a stupid accident. The guide should have corrected that at the start of the hunt.
