Thank you Joël; your post will give me the occasion to add some information for the attention of the Forum members about the hunting territory you have been managing successfully for decades, in order to make their mouths watering!

All, as Joël Dorléac mentioned it above, he has been managing for many years a beautiful hunting territory in the Mount Canigou area of the Eastern Pyrénées. This territory is not for the faint-hearted but those that would manage to book a hunt there would be rewarded by beautiful mountain area teaming with isards and may in addition have the chance to be guided by Joël Dorléac himself!
