I was able to quite easily smack Columbia Ground Squirrels out to 50 meters with my Weirhach M97KT .177 using 8 gr. Predator pellets. These ran 890fps in my rifle. The 8.3gr JSB 4.51mm Cometa match rn's were slightly more accurate, but the Predators had a better terminal performance, being plastic tipped HP's. I was able to make head and chest hits st that range with the HW97. They are the best springers imho.
