Erik inspired me to post some of my photos from hunting in Europe:

Driven partridge in France:

Hunting ducks from a "gabion", a sort of fortifed "bunker" blind, like an old blockhouse. Used live duck decoys, and shot the ducks at night with high powered scopes. Very different experience.

Some woodcock hunting:

Then finally some driven hunts (battues) for roedeer and boars:

Great thing about hunting in France is that the food and wine are great!
