Isard meal is a cross between venison and lamb. As you know, us, frog eaters, are very fond of cooking and the French one is among the best. For my own taste, I like the cutlets, lightly fried and cooked in tomatoes and red pepper sauce. However I must confess that I'm not a big red meal fan, having a preference for our Mediterranean fishes.
