hi all

the invitation for this years moose hunt just came in the door.
My very good friends in finland has been kind enough to include me on their guest list again this year.
So the days in finland will include a day of partrigde shooting(

) and 2 days of driven moose hunting with dog, now it is going to be early in the season and i suspect it will be warm, but i dont know.
Also shooting angles on the moose ? anyone got any pictures or drawings of the moose's soft points ?

i realized last week, that i did not have a decent moose gun, and i had to think fast, all my work time is put into our C-B class double rifles at the moment so no chance there (i think it would not be entirely fair to bring clients halffinished guns to my private hunting adventures) so i had to look long and hard at the parts i had in store, and i am fitting a barrel set (450/400 3") to an old german action i had at hand, so we will see, if i can make it in time.

so moose advice please....
