I havenīt been there for a couple of years but I believe they are still there:
Armeria Espaņola, Calle Monte Esquinza, 5, Madrid
Armeria Argali, Calle Lopez de Hoyos, 27, Madrid
And also:
Safary-Master, Calle Bonaventura Armengol, 13, Andorra.
There is another very good one in Andorra whose name I can't remember but it won't be difficult to find in the lovely town of Andorra la Vella
