I've a friend in Yakusk (Siberia) who hunts those with an overunder Baikal with store-bought Russian slugs. They hunt bears in the winter while they are hibernating and get them to come out of the den, then shoot them. I made up an 8 pound package of balls and wads to send him, but the Fed Express cost was $345.00 and I couldn't afford to send him $10.00 worth of stuff for that price.
