I assume multiple barrel handguns are ok. Rifles are. I am not sure of the legalities of multiple barrels. Imo zero issues. But recently was asked for photos of the markings of every Mauser m03 barrel I have.

I do like the Rugers Mk X',s. Simple and shoot well.

Uses? Legally I think I can only use it at a club for target shooting. I would never use it for ad hoc plinking or trying to shoot a rabbit.
