I'd get a sig mosquito, mostly because they are a cool looking little handgun, but if I really cared about scores I'd get a 22/45 hunter because it looks kinda cool and is very accurate.
Unless you care about scores and don't mind dropping the coin in which case a Hammerli X-esse IPSC.
