Yes I would prefer a 9 ,mm ... But this is available. Used a Walther Q5 in 9 mm yesterday. What do you guys think of that handgun? $3000 new.

The "Match" model I assume??
I have not shot it ..owned a PPQ model for a while traded it for a H&K VP-9--it has a slighly lower bore axis which I preferred and it fit my hands better than the PPQ model

Man, $3000 is a lot of money --I looked on-line here -- $800 and up

You are not wrong. I am amazed at prices for handguns, ordinary steel working bits, and nothing fancy. $3000, $4000, $5000, ridiculous prices.

I do like that Walther MQ or Q5 ? I will use it again, I don't think the same handgun is $800 in the USE and A$3000 in Australia? That difference would be extra-ordinary.

Will look, and also take more note next time I use it.

I must say I MUCH PREFER the Trigger of the 1911 STI Trojan crisp and one stage, to the two stage Walther trigger.

Looks like it. So importing one from the USA would be cheaper, if say US$800 + Freight? + say US$800 other costs. Might end up close to A$3000 anyway.

Importers do not pay anything like $800 other costs per unit, as they do it in bulk. Individual suckers end up paying through the nose ...

Hey Art, come over next year for some hunting and bring one with you, to shoot some targets with me at an official range. I buy it from you. And go through local paper work.

PS Big assumptions on anyone travelling even next year, especially if poison un-jabbed ....

Hey John,

Would I be able to bring that into the country??
If so I have no problem doing that once this craziness gets over.. My wife and I have discussed traveling there for a while now..

Thx
