G'Day Fella's, NitroX, I just sold the last of 5 x Walther, PPQ Match pistols I had, in 9x19mm. They are a very nice pistol but expensive (this last one, sold for $1800.00). FYI, two months ago, I purchased another Steyr-Mannlicher, L9 A1, in 9x19mm, from Magnum Sports in Sydney. This particular one, had an extended and threaded barrel, that "I need" to use to develope, a 9mm suppressor for. FYI. I see Magnum Sports current advert, in the SSAA magazine (page 21, Sept 2021), has them for $599.00 each! This is probably the Best Buy in Australia, for a Quality 9mm semi-auto pistol! At these prices, I can't understand why they are not more popular. I purchased one about 3 or 4 years ago, and I have been using it constantly, to shoot IPSC matches with, and it really is a great pistol. It fits my hand perfectly, and I shoot very well and it is easy to shoot well, which is why I like it. FYI, I originally had one of these Steyr-Mannlicher pistols, prior to the 2002, "Handgun Buy Back". Unfortunately, it was lost to the "Gubmint", because of it's barrel was to short, and the mags held too much ammo ............... Hope that helps Avagreatweekendeh! Homer |
