because you can use 9 para bullets, die sets, powder and primer reloading is not terrible at all. brass can be made wit a lathe by using 38 special/ 357 mag but maybe also by cut down 222 and 223 remington, of course, you reaming out the case mouth. I had done this years ago for a Steyr M 12 pistol and made 7,63 mauser form 223 Rem. the 9 mm Steyr is a 9x23 also and reloading was done with a 9 mm Parabellum die set.
