imho its not worth the hassle!
buy a 9 mm parabellum pistol and you have everything you need. this is the world wide standard and ammo will be available under any circumstances.
think in a glock you can load the 9 mm Para to a similar pressure and the pistol will stand it.

maybe not legal but the glock will take it.
