Indeed it is.. I set up 3 flip targets on a 6"x6" wood block 6ft long..shot it with 45 long cold.. fliped the target back as it was suppose to ..that was it.. I then shot it with Buffalo Bore 454 Casull ammo.. knocked over the entire rig... Wood block and all..

I normally practice with 45 Long Colt..but when in serious bear country, load it up with the 454..however I feel the Buffalo Bore in 45LC would do just fine.. griz or not..
