Since this is in the handguns forum I'll stick to sidearms and say that my favorites are the pair of 6-inch barreled 1902 .38 Colts wielded by Billy Zane in his rendition of "The Phantom".

Used to be an avid reader of "the Ghost Who Walks" comics when I was a kid. Always thought I'd own a pair of those early Colt automatics but good ones are pricey and I always seem to have other priorities when nice examples come up for sale (like now!)
