Re: Officer´s ACP - (un)limited training possible?

G'Day Fella's,

Rolf, I agree with what the other blokes have suggested.
I would also suggest the following;

1) The inclusion of a synthetic recoil buffer, on the pistols recoil spring guide, would help to reduce pistol frame battering (I've been using CP Bullets brand buffers, for decades, on my various 1911 type pistols).
One thing to be aware of (if I remember correctly?), when including one of these recoil buffers on the Officer's ACP in particular, is that it may (not always but sometimes), cause extraction problems?
This is caused by the very slight reduction (by the 1/8" or 3mm thickness, of the recoil buffer), in the slides travel.
But, they also tend to soften the felt recoil, of most of these pistols when they are used.

2) That the lubrication oil that you use, is the best you can use (I've been using and recommending Break Free-CLP for decades).

Hope that helps
