AFAIK Lancaster did not make a 4 barrelled pistol in .577, only in .455

I have seen pics on the internet of such items but ????

Joel Black, who sometimes post on this forum has quite a lot of info on them

As Daryl states, the .577 pistol rounds were not that powerful so recoil would not be excessive

I shot a .577 Snider at the Alaska shoot last year and you certainly knew you were shooting it!
